General Return Policy

Our general return policy offers a full refund for items returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns beyond this period cannot be accepted.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging. Please note that due to the sterile, sealed nature of our device needles, any opened needle packaging cannot be accepted for return.

Warranty & Replacement

Your product is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. If any defect arises, we promise a quick and easy replacement at no cost to you.

Furthermore

To ensure approval, please ensure your return request meets all our criteria. Unfortunately, we are unable to process incomplete or illegible claims for a refund.
To complete your refund, the approved device must be received at our specified warehouse in China. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
The cost of postage is the responsibility of the claimant. Proof of return postage is required.  
Our 30-day return policy is only available for KISFIR products purchased from our official online store: www.kisfirpen.com

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes the wrong product may be ordered. While we do not offer exchanges for different items, you may return the eligible product under our policy for a refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our China warehouse. Once processed, you can place a new order for the correct product.
We’ve got you covered. If your product is faulty, we promise to replace it free of charge after our service team validates the issue. Please note that we do not offer refunds for faulty products.

Refunds

After we approve your return, your refund (less any applicable fees) will be processed and credited to your original payment method in 7-10 business days.
