Delivery Timeline
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China. For most regions, delivery generally takes up to 15 days. Please note that delays may occur during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you in advance if any delays are expected.
Delivery Area Restrictions
Due to logistical or policy constraints in certain areas, we are unable to deliver to some addresses. Before placing your order, please contact our customer service (via EMAIL, WhatsApp, etc.) to confirm whether your address is within our delivery coverage. This will help ensure your order is processed smoothly.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Please note that we require a physical street address for delivery and are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
DAMAGED PACKAGE
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging before opening it. Then, inspect the contents and contact your KISFIR Representative if any product damage is found.
MISSING/LATE SHIPMENT
Please contact your KISFIR Specialist if your shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be missing.
